Finally got the flywheel off after breaking 3 pullers and almost throwing myself over the side when it finally snapped loose. Replaced the timing belt and cleaned up the controls. Now to figure out what I'm missing as far as the key goes. I may have to rig a small start button.

My dad finished the seats and they look great! I will upload pics soon. Now to figure out what happened with the electrical. it was turning over initially. It would not stop engaging so I got a new switch. From what I've read it sounds like the solenoids might be stuck. Since then it has not wanted to turn over a new switch. I think I may have ruined the solenoids. I downloaded the manual online and it gives step-by-step instructions on how to fix anything!

Dad looks like he's a pretty handy guy to have around! :woohoo: Please share my compliments on his work!

Boat's coming along nicely! She'll be getting wet soon, once you figure out the motor issues.
