I redid the water level rub rails and still working on the backing plate.

I started sanding the outside hull. 30 years ago, I repainted the hull with white epoxy paint and it has since turned very chaulky and dull. I am thinking about repainting with urethane.

Finished the hull paint. Single part urethane. There are a few sags that need to be cleaned up but its done.

Doesn't look all that shiny in these photos

The seats received new foam and covering. Pretty much the same blue color as last time. With the outside painted, I need to concentrate on the interior. The side boards are looking very sad. I am thinking of sanding them smooth and gluing on a veneer or counter top fake wood.

Charlie, it looks like your project is coming along very well. Those are nice looking covers on your seats.

Thanks John for the kind words. It is slowly getting there. This time a year is a little hot for working on it but I did discover that after 3pm, it is in the shade. Every little bit helps.
I got a bit of energy the last couple days and stripped the top layer of wood off the inside coaming. I plan on putting some fake wood (formica) over the last two layers of plywood. pictures to follow.
