I finished the coaming by stripping off the top layer of the plywood and glued on a laminate with simulated wood finish. I am hoping it will hold up better than the plywood. (Course the wood was there for 50+ years).
I am also painting the inside with the Interlux Pre-Kote and then Bilgekote over that. I do like the flat white of the Pre-Kote better than the grey of the Bilgekote, so I may order up some Brightside in a flat white to finish the inside.

The Bilgekote also came in white which I liked better than the grey so I ordered up a quart and finished the inside floor with it.

The trim is back on the sides and it looks pretty good. I did do a little sanding and polishing to the top trim but it is pretty scratched.

Pretty much completed, inside and outside. Still need to buy a bimini top for it. Few other minor details. Maybe actually use it this Spring and Summer

Joe:
Thanks for the kind words.
I also replaced the molding around the cut outs in the side panels. I had a bit left over from my rebuild from 30 years ago. The trim was not as flexible as it was. I started with contact cement but that was not near strong enough. I tried some yellow trim cement but the stuff oozed out and looked pretty bad. I finally settled on E6000 that I found at the hardware store. It was very strong and dried clear.

Charlie N., I should have looked at you post before posting my question. Have you ever removed the splash well?
