I was contacted last month by a boat dealer who claimed that he had a boat that was made from the 32' Glasspar mold. He sent me a picture and said the owner/builder had purchased the molds many years ago. The hull design looks exactly like the 25' model. I sent them a picture of the 32' mold and they said "that's it!".

My question to Eddie is, do you remember anything about Glasspar selling off molds?

Right after I left R&D, a few months later it was shut down. I do not remember working on a 32' Glasspar hull, the 30' hull was the last one made. To make a 32' hull it would take about a year to make and finish. I never heard that Glasspar sold any of it's molds, Larson took them all. A few years ago, when I made contact with some man that worked for Larson, can't remember his name, he said that Larson put the saws-all to all of Glasspar molds, made me sick.
This is to the best of my knowledge,
Eddie.

My apologies, he said that it was the 30ft hull but the owner added a swim step and the marine surveyor called it a 32 footer so that is what we called it in the ad . . . it is currently for sale . . . $69K!!!!

here is a picture, look at the lines of the hull, it sure looks like a Glasspar designed hull.

The hull sure looks like the Glasspar 30', the bridge looks like it came from the 28' Skipjack. Maybe Jack Cole, the last owner of the Skipjack boat company had some thing to do with this boat. Mr Cole had a finished 30' hull in one of his shops for a long time, Hmmmmmm, I wonder.

WOW! That sure is cool!

Any way to get some more photos, Michael? I'd be curious to see the interior.

The link to the sales listing is below as it is for sale. I have also copied down all the pictures and offered a free membership to whomever purchases this vessel as I do believe it was built from the 30' mold.
